The role follows the matter
CHERNENKO & PARTNERS first carries out an initial conflict screening. The proposed attorney-at-law then conducts an independent conflict check and decides whether the attorney component can be accepted. The provider, appropriate agreement, authority documents and payment recipient are confirmed in writing for the specific engagement.
If another attorney-at-law may be required, identifying information or materials are not transferred automatically: the client is first informed or another proper basis is established, and only the minimum necessary information is then shared.
